it helps stimulates blood flow through my body as I deal with an inherited neuropathy. It warms me up and I feel more active as I use it. Use on a hard floor as sweet will drip from it. I use it in my bathroom and put it over the tub to let it drain. Then I use a Norwex rag with some water to wash it out.

Awesome product, amazing customer service! I reviewed and researched this product long and hard before I bought it. It's not an inexpensive purchase by any means in my book. I had trouble with it not long after I got it. Sometimes I'd get an EE message on one of the temperature readings and that section wouldn't heat up. As soon as i emailed customer service, I rec'd an email back saying they'd send me out another control unit the next day and they'd email me the tracking info. I rec'd my new unit in 3 days. However, after using the new one 3 or 4 times, the same thing started happening. I noticed it was happening as I got into the blanket and moving around a little bit would bring it back on again, making me think it might possibly be a connection with the blanket. Again, as soon as i emailed customer service, they emailed me back. They agreed and are sending me out a new blanket tomorrow. This blanket has helped me so much with muscle tightness and pain in my legs and feet. It feels amazing all over, but the proof of how good it is has been that I don't wake up every night with my calves in knots or with both of my legs aching. I recommend this blanket AND it's customer service with 5 stars! OK, update. I've been using this now for over 6 months. After receiving the replacement blanket, I've had no other problems with it and I use it 2-3 times a week. If I had a spare bedroom that I could keep it payed out on another bed I'd use it even more. My muscles stay tight and knotted up. Especially in my low back and hips. I see a massage therapist regularly and this helps me stretch those appts out a little. Happier and Healthier First I am no expert at this whole sauna thing but I did do a crazy amount of research before I bought this. I was seeing places that had this sauna wrap and were charging almost $50-100/ hour session so I thought I would purchase for myself. I have had it almost a month now and have used it at least 3 days a week. I love it! I feel less pain from working out and I actually feel happier. I looked that side effect up and it helps with depression, so even though I wasn't depressed I just feel happier and healthier. I have not had the puddle of sweat some people claim but I am ready for it. I have been super sweaty but I also wear long cotton and socks which is what the spas recommend and I think that if I didn't wear clothes it would be pretty hot on some of my spots. I use it in bed and sit up in it. I just turn on something I want to listen to or watch and relax. If you are thinking about this sauna its great. I did not have any chemical smell or anything else I saw in other reviews. I just plugged it all in and jumped in.

Best purchase I have made for my health this year I had been eyeing the Blissful Sauna infrared sauna blanket for about 6 months before I finally decided to buy one! I read about the many benefits of infrared saunas, and I bought mine particularly to help with autoimmune issues, and candida/bacterial detoxing. I will admit that as someone who is naturally more 'cold blooded', it takes me a while to start sweating. I am in the blanket for about 30 ish minutes before I start to sweat, but the second half of the session it does begin to work. After I am done using the blanket, I feel so invigorated. I am someone with naturally slower digestion, and I feel less bloated after I use it. It works great, especially when you are sick or do not have enough energy for a workout, and after a meal to help with digestion. If you are on the fence like I was, DO IT. You won't regret it!
